Big thanks to @manchesterrumfestival for putting on an awesome event and broadening my rum horizons.
There's so much to appreciate about the drinks industry. The brewers, distillers and crafts(wo)men who pour their hearts and souls into producing quality products deserve to have their stories told.
There's lots of exciting craft distilleries leading the rum revolution in the UK. @godsownrum is one of them.
Rum that’s crystal clear
South America is killing the rum category and a gold standard grog leading the charge is Ron Millionario Solera Especial.
A rum resolution of 2022 is to explore rums from different cultures and going to give a massive thumbs up to @nusacana rum and @suburbangreenchorlton for stocking it.
